Fabulous scones, I had the blueberry. The bagel egg sandwich was soft, hot and delicious. Coffee was top notch. Grab it to go and go 50 yards to the waterfront for a great start to the day
We had here breakfast during our stay in Baddeck. Bagel and coffee were great and the staff really nice and friendly.
The owner is extremely welcoming and soo courteous, we had their scones (blueberry), coffee latte, mocha and chai latte. Everything was amazing. The owner even gave me trip advice to Cape Breton! She was very helpful. Support this local and warm-hearted business, you will not be disappointed. Please visit this place before your onward trip. Highly recommended. All the best!
This cafe made me want to move to small town. Such amazing friendly owner. Their scones are so good, I bought extra for the cabot trail hike-best decision ever. Coffee was amazing too. We bought a ground coffee packet. The lady made us our sandwich twice as I did not realize chicken panini had a bit bacon as well. She did not ever charge us although we tried to pay. The cafe definitely has small town charm...kinda reminded me of teen memory around Gilmore girls. A must visit for breakfast if you are in beddeck.
We discovered the Bean There Cafe while staying in Baddeck Nova Scotia. The Cafe a nice selection of delicious breakfast muffins, sandwiches, and great coffee. The staff is friendly and patiently accommodating. This cafe is a very popular spot for coffee and great food. We made many return visits. Compliments to the owner of this lovely cafe.

We were only in town a couple days but love to support local independent coffee shops so stopped in here to get a couple drinks. We got a flat white and a decaf oat milk latte and sat outside at one of the tables on their patio on a beautiful day. There’s some seating inside as well but not much. Friendly staff and good coffee. Definitely recommend!
Great for a quick lunch. The service was great and quick. We had a bagel breakfast sandwhich and a panini. Both were delicious.
